What you will do

• Maintain account documentation, status reports, service logs, and internal tracking tools.
• Prepare internal and client-facing account summaries, performance reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Operations, Product, Tech, Finance, and Legal to resolve client needs.
• Track account activity, open issues, and risks, ensuring timely follow-up with stakeholders.
• Support the lead Account Manager in coordinating account-related projects and service enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA is considered an asset.
• 5-10 years of industry experience.
• Must be based in Toronto, ON for hybrid work arrangements.
