What you will do

• Lead multi-discipline teams of engineers and technicians on high-profile water and wastewater projects.
• Manage project budgets, scheduling, and direct correspondence with clients and project management.
• Prepare complex engineering deliverables and calculations following standard methods and principles.
• Supervise and mentor engineering staff to identify developmental growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients to identify key drivers and develop technical solutions for complex projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Active engineering registration or licensure (PE License) to support engineer of record (EOR) requirements.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding, including criminal background check and drug screen.

Nice to have

• Previous engineering consulting experience.
• Experience executing multi-discipline feasibility studies, design, and construction for industrial water supply and treatment projects.
