Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Develop system design calculations and select equipment for buildings
• Prepare detailed design documents and write/edit project specifications
• Conduct comprehensive code compliance research
• Coordinate technical work across different engineering disciplines
• Perform site surveys to document existing conditions
• Provide construction administration services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of design experience
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office
• Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and design guidelines
• Must be located in or able to work from the Bethesda, MD office (Hybrid)

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one
• LEED certification or relevant experience
