Location: Must be located in or relocate to Overland Park, KS, US. Hybrid options may be available after the first 90 days.

What you will do

• Apply departmental design guides, engineering codes, and company policies to structural projects.
• Prepare engineering deliverables including drawings, reports, specifications, and studies.
• Perform routine research and calculations for equipment and material selection.
• Participate in the EDGE Program, rotating through 3–4 roles across different business areas, including a field assignment.
• Coordinate with project leadership and support business development or pursuit activities.
• Collaborate with internal clients to ensure project budget, schedule, and quality requirements are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Ability to relocate to or reside in Overland Park, KS.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment background checks, including criminal and drug screens.
• Basic knowledge of engineering design principles and applicable industry standards.
• Basic understanding of construction and constructability practices.
