Civil Application Engineer

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with users as primary liaison.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, demos, and solution overviews.
• Conduct training, mentoring, and consulting to drive product adoption.
• Analyze user data to improve experience and identify growth opportunities.
• Handle technical issues and collaborate with sales, support, product, and engineering teams.
• Support business development and ensure user satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years in Civil/Roadway Design industry.
• Strong familiarity with DOT Roadway Design Manuals, Standard Drawings, drafting requirements, and highway standards.
• Proven proficiency with Bentley OpenRoads Designer and OpenSite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Experience with legacy Bentley products (InRoads, GEOPAK, MX).
• Spanish language skills.
