What you will do

• Define and shape the business process architecture for HCM, Security, Talent Management, and Advanced Compensation.
• Act as the primary authority on HRIS configurations and technical design recommendations.
• Collaborate with business partners to translate broad requirements into recommended solutions and deliverables.
• Manage project plans, milestones, and deliverables for HR technology implementations and upgrades.
• Develop test scripts and provide key support in Systems Integration Testing (SIT).
• Mentor team members and provide thought leadership on system navigation and optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of Workday experience, with deep knowledge of Workday Recruiting.
• Experience implementing complex HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors).
• Expertise in agile software development methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and business groups.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (implied by benefits and policy).
