TL;DR

PeopleSoft Engineer (Oracle ERP): Serving as the primary technical expert ensuring seamless interoperability and data flow between our software and customers' PeopleSoft HCM and Campus Solutions environments with an accent on diagnosing complex connectivity issues. Focus on analyzing PeopleSoft components like Integration Broker, PeopleCode, and Application Engine to resolve synchronization problems and optimize data transfer.

Location: 100% remote (US, availability during U.S. business hours required)

Salary: $100,000 - $200,000 USD (part-time start at pro-rata rate, transitions to full-time $50,000 - $60,000)

What you will do

• Act as lead technical contact resolving synchronization and connectivity issues between our software and PeopleSoft.
• Analyze customer-specific PeopleSoft components like Integration Broker, PeopleCode, and Application Engine to troubleshoot data transfer problems.
• Ensure seamless interoperability and data flow in PeopleSoft HCM and Campus Solutions environments.

Requirements

• 4+ years hands-on PeopleSoft development experience
• Proven experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules plus HCM or Financials
• Experience in Agile environments and tools like Jira
• Proficiency with Oracle databases and SQL
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft Fluid UI and third-party integrations via APIs

Nice to have

• PeopleSoft Development: PeopleCode, Application Designer, SQR, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces
• Functional knowledge of Campus Solutions (CS), HCM, or FSCM business processes
• PeopleSoft Maintenance: PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) and Change Assistant
