What you will do

• Develop intake processes for metric diagnostics, deep dive requests, and quantitative sales support.
• Gather reporting requirements from frontline managers and collaborate with product and engineering partners to implement changes.
• Define and refine input and output based performance metrics to drive forward-biased action.
• Conduct ad hoc sales analysis to inform forecasting models, target assumptions, and metric definitions.
• Identify and patch technical logic bugs in metrics by working closely with data engineering partners.
• Act as a conduit between sales and technical teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years in an analytical role supporting operational teams.
• 3+ years of experience communicating regularly with executive stakeholders.
• Expertise in SQL and data visualization software.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect customer problems to business strategy.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Must be located in the USA.
