What you will do

• Manage and maintain Captivate IQ software, overseeing operations, processes, and related procedures.
• Ensure timely and accurate calculation and distribution of commission payments with a high level of detail.
• Develop and automate dashboards for stack rank, plan health, and other reporting deliverables.
• Own end-to-end Customer Growth and Retention (CGR) operations in Salesforce, including auditing and updating records.
• Ensure SOX compliance and manage accrual reporting.
• Provide technical support and training for Captivate IQ to all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related major.
• 4-5 years of experience in commission management, sales operations, or finance.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (accounts, opportunities, and custom objects).
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Boston, MA.

Nice to have

• Technical experience with Captivate IQ or a similar commission tool.
