Location: Must be residents of WA, OR, ID, CA, AZ, TX, NC, SC, GA, or VA. Hybrid option available for candidates within reasonable driving distance to the Tukwila, WA Headquarters (Tuesdays & Wednesdays).

Salary: $117,200 - $143,200

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end people analytics initiatives, shaping how they are designed, launched, and scaled across the organization.
• Partner with People teams and business leaders as a strategic advisor to mature enterprise-wide workforce analytics capabilities.
• Explore and implement advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions aligned with data privacy and governance standards.
• Design and maintain scalable data models and pipelines, partnering with HRIS and data teams to ensure integrity.
• Translate complex data findings into engaging narratives and visualizations to guide senior leader decisions.
• Develop automated self-service reporting solutions to empower teams to access insights independently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data & Analytics, Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years of experience in people analytics, workforce analytics, or advanced data analysis in complex organizations.
• Resident of WA, OR, ID, CA, AZ, TX, NC, SC, GA, or VA.
• Experience with Workday or similar HCM/HRIS systems.
• Experience with Visier or similar workforce intelligence platforms (e.g., One Model, Lattice, Paradigm).
• Proficiency with SQL, Snowflake, and Azure DevOps (ADO) for analytics and workflow automation.
