TL;DR

Senior Analyst, Funnel & Revenue Optimization (SaaS/HRtech): Analyzing and optimizing the hybrid SMB revenue engine across self-service and sales-assisted motions with an accent on conversion, velocity, and revenue efficiency. Focus on diagnosing funnel friction, quantifying tradeoffs between product-led and sales-led growth, and implementing structural improvements to drive revenue.

Location: Hybrid, New York, NY

Salary: $109,000–$119,900 per year

What you will do

  • Analyze end-to-end customer journeys across self-service and sales-assisted funnels to identify friction and drop-off points.
  • Recommend structural changes to improve conversion rates, velocity, and overall revenue efficiency.
  • Partner with Marketing to align funnel performance with downstream revenue outcomes and refine targeting strategy.
  • Improve funnel instrumentation and event tracking across product and CRM systems to ensure data integrity.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses on underperforming segments and forecast the revenue impact of proposed changes.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in revenue, growth, or product analytics.
  • Must be based in the New York City Office (Hybrid).
  • Advanced SQL skills and proficiency with event-level product and CRM data.
  • Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap) and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Mode).
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, and retention.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a PLG or hybrid PLG + sales environment.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing high-volume SMB funnels.
