TL;DR

Senior Marketing Data Analyst (B2B SaaS): Building and optimizing marketing performance reporting and data models to drive demand-generation efforts with an accent on DOMO, Salesforce, and SQL. Focus on developing scalable reporting solutions, analyzing multi-touch attribution, and ensuring data integrity across the marketing tech stack.

Location: Remote in Minneapolis, MN or Eau Claire, WI. Must be based in one of these communities. Periodical office attendance may be required.

Salary: $77,400 - $165,100 USD

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain marketing performance dashboards in DOMO, tracking KPIs such as pipeline generation and conversion rates.
  • Build and optimize datasets and dataflows in DOMO and Snowflake using SQL to ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Analyze website-to-Marketo-to-Salesforce data flows to identify and resolve attribution gaps and tracking blind spots.
  • Utilize Salesforce data models (Leads, Contacts, Opportunities) to improve campaign tracking and data governance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Analytics teams to deliver actionable insights and support campaign planning.
  • Mentor stakeholders on analytics best practices and recommend enhancements to the analytics technology stack.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with DOMO (dataflows, Beast Modes, dashboarding).
  • Strong expertise with the Salesforce (SFDC) data model and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnel metrics and demand generation strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Must be based in Minneapolis, MN or Eau Claire, WI.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Marketo as a marketing automation platform.
  • Experience working with Snowflake, dbt, or modern data stack tools.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field of study.
