What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruiting process including talent research, sourcing, assessment, offers, negotiation, and acceptance
• Develop sourcing strategies for diverse talent to meet current and future needs
• Partner with hiring teams to set expectations and create consistent interview processes
• Collaborate across TA teams on process improvements and knowledge sharing
• Ensure positive candidate experience through proactive communication
• Use ATS reports and data to influence recruiting pipelines and results

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Minimum 3 years in full-cycle recruiting and 5 years professional experience
• Experience in high-volume recruiting across roles and levels (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships
• Ability to use data to influence business and recruiting goals
• Capacity to prioritize in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Nice to have

• Experience collaborating on job descriptions and interview assessments
• Partnerships with cross-functional teams like HR and Total Rewards
