What you will do

• Lead strategy, positioning, and portfolio direction for the Games business to ensure commercial success.
• Collaborate with R&D to implement product strategy, ensuring brand DNA alignment and optimal price points.
• Execute global consumer marketing plans and manage agency partners for the creation of video and static ads.
• Oversee e-commerce merchandising assets, including product images, infographics, and A+ content.
• Conduct regular category and competitive research at key retailers to maintain strong positioning.
• Support the NA Sales team by providing necessary tools, materials, and presentations for the sell-in process.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in games brand management across product development and consumer marketing.
• Proven experience leading integrated go-to-market campaigns in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities to handle complex timelines and deliverables.
• Confidence in presenting to external partners and retail buyers.
