What you will do

• Contribute to roadmap development and planning alongside EM and PM.
• Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders to accelerate feature delivery.
• Develop customer-facing experiences for client activation and third-party risk management.
• Collaborate on cross-cutting engineering initiatives and common product primitives.
• Mentor engineers and help them develop their technical skills.
• Foster and contribute to hirify.global’s growing engineering culture.

Requirements

• 8+ years of fullstack experience with a strong emphasis on backend skills.
• Proven experience leading teams to deliver large-scale projects over several months.
• Experience building user-facing SaaS products for both startups and enterprise users.
• Ability to build 0→1 products and solve large-scale problems in fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with TypeScript, React, GraphQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience using AI tools to increase engineering efficiency and impact.
