What you will do

• Develop and maintain platform features while communicating directly with enterprise customers.
• Expand product lines including PKI, KMS, and SSH.
• Experiment with novel approaches for applying AI to secrets management and security infrastructure.
• Tackle complex scalability challenges and make key technical decisions.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO and engineering team to establish foundational processes.

Requirements

• Deep technical mastery of React, Node, and TypeScript.
• Must be based in North or South America.
• Strong bias toward action—able to make decisions with incomplete information and iterate quickly.
• Exceptional attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Go.
• Understanding of DevOps or developer tools.
• Previous founder or startup experience.
• Experience building open source software or developer tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for direct customer interaction.
