What you will do

• Build and scale the production version of the core customer onboarding platform.
• Ship high-impact features that directly influence user experience and conversion.
• Translate product specifications into clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Optimize frontend and backend performance for a lightning-fast user experience.
• Integrate third-party APIs for payments, analytics, and messaging.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure platform stability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Deep proficiency in Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with relational databases, specifically Postgres.
• Practical, hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure.
• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows, specifically Claude Code.
• Must be based in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Peru, or Uruguay.

Nice to have

• Experience building or optimizing D2C platforms.
• Experience integrating payment processors like Stripe.
• Experience designing complex, multi-step user onboarding or checkout flows.
• Experience setting up or analyzing A/B testing platforms like Optimizely.
