Senior Fullstack Developer (Node/React/Azure)

TL;DR

Senior Fullstack Developer (Node/React/Azure): Building and optimizing high-quality fullstack applications for internal and client projects with an accent on technical vision, software quality, and team mentorship. Focus on developing, enhancing, and providing run-mode support for applications, while leading Agile ceremonies and coordinating releases with DevOps teams.

Location: Primarily remote, with occasional trips to Aberdeen (UK). Must be able to travel to Aberdeen (UK) 1-2 times per quarter for onsite work.

What you will do

• Complete development and support handover of the overtime application, including user demos.
• Support release and user engagement for recently completed applications.
• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
• Develop, enhance, and support internal applications.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, particularly those new to Agile and React.
• Coordinate releases with DevOps teams and deliver stakeholder demos.

Requirements

• Senior-level software engineering experience with strong hands-on capability.
• Experience mentoring and supporting junior developers.
• Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.
• Frontend experience with React and TypeScript.
• Backend experience with Node.js and Azure Functions.
• Cloud development experience, particularly with Azure.
• English: B2 required.

• Familiarity with AI tooling (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
