What you will do

• Spearhead a team of Enterprise sales executives to achieve regional sales targets and drive results
• Develop and execute strategic plans and provide accurate forecasts for monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Coach and motivate the team to build territories and cultivate a culture of sales excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless customer experiences for Manufacturing clients
• Engage with C-level executives to close strategic opportunities
• Implement and refine sales processes, pipeline management, and performance metrics

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and managing successful Enterprise sales teams in the software industry
• Proven track record of developing go-to-market strategies for the Manufacturing sector
• Deep understanding of SaaS/Cloud Go-To-Market strategies and enterprise-scale engagement
• Outstanding leadership capabilities in hiring and developing talent
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Must be based in California, USA
