TL;DR

Director, Partner Field Sales (AI): Building and leading the global partner sales overlay function to convert partnerships into qualified pipeline and revenue with an accent on co-sell execution and partner-influenced pipeline. Focus on designing the global partner-to-field operating model, driving deal acceleration across key accounts, and scaling regional leadership teams.

Location: Remote in the US

Salary: $260k - $375k OTE

What you will do

  • Design and implement the global partner-to-field operating model and co-sell frameworks.
  • Personally drive pipeline creation and deal acceleration as a player-coach.
  • Lead joint account planning with the sales organization and partner ecosystem.
  • Define and track KPIs including partner-sourced pipeline and co-sell conversion.
  • Hire and lead regional Partner Field Sales leaders across US, EMEA, and APJ.

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud, AI, or data platforms.
  • Proven track record in both partner sales/alliances and direct sales.
  • Experience scaling co-sell motions and closing complex partner-involved deals.
  • Deep expertise with GSIs, SIs, Resellers/VARs, and ISVs.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the AI ecosystem (e.g., NVIDIA).
  • Strong understanding of cloud marketplaces and partner economics.
