What you will do

• Lead the development and ongoing management of dashboards, reporting solutions, and recurring performance analysis.
• Translate complex business questions into structured analytical approaches and reporting requirements with limited oversight.
• Analyze structured data to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable opportunities for business growth.
• Own lightweight transformation logic and data modeling to ensure accurate and scalable analytics outputs.
• Collaborate with Measurement Implementation Analysts, SEO/GEO specialists, and Analytics Engineers to align outputs with platform realities.
• Synthesize findings into clear recommendations and present them to internal and client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of digital analytics, reporting, and performance measurement.
• Deep understanding of data structures, joins, dimensions, metrics, and KPI logic.
• Ability to independently manage recurring analytics workstreams and produce reliable outputs.
• English: Strong written and verbal communication skills required for presenting to non-technical audiences.
• Location: Must be based in Colombia.
• Proficiency with SQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, and visualization tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or Adobe Analytics.
• Professional certifications in Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
