What you will do

• Build and maintain 3-statement financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and perform scenario/sensitivity analyses.
• Query SQL databases to clean and transform large datasets using Python, R, or advanced Excel.
• Develop KPI dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to provide real-time visibility into business performance.
• Collaborate with FP&A teams to refine budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Translate raw financial data into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders.
• Document data methodologies and validate sources to ensure transparency and repeatability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or data analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH, macros).
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and joining complex datasets.
• Proven experience in preparing variance analyses and management reporting packages.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or R for advanced data modeling.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Industry background in SaaS, finance, healthcare, or professional services.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
