What you will do

• Provide comprehensive fund accounting services, including NAV review and preparation.
• Manage portfolio pricing in accordance with fund documents and valuation policies.
• Prepare and review capital call and distribution calculations and allocations.
• Calculate management fees and waterfall distributions, ensuring compliance with fund documents.
• Oversee investor allocations for each NAV cycle and ensure correct P&L allocation.
• Prepare audited financial statements and provide necessary audit assistance.

Requirements

• University degree; professional designations such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are considered a strong asset.
• At least 3 years of experience in Fund Administration, with a minimum of 2 years specifically in Private Equity.
• Proficiency with Private Equity accounting systems, preferably Investran.
• Strong knowledge of Private Equity structures, regulatory requirements, and waterfall calculations.
• Experience reviewing Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs) and Offering Memorandums (OMs).
• Proven supervisory skills, including experience in coaching and mentoring.
