What you will do

• Solicit and refine business requirements from GTM and Post-Sales leads into technical user stories and specs.
• Partner with the GTM Systems team to populate and drive the roadmap through the Kanban lifecycle.
• Proactively identify and solve friction points within the lead-to-cash journey.
• Lead the discovery process for new features across Salesforce and integrated applications.
• Own the full delivery cycle from initial concept through UAT and rollout.
• Maintain high-quality project artifacts and system documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in high-growth SaaS environments.
• 1-3 years of specialization in Salesforce-based GTM customer lifecycle management.
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering and process mapping within business systems ecosystems.
• Experience managing complex system initiatives in an Agile environment using Jira.
• Ability to quickly master new technologies, including integration platforms and APIs.
• Must have the legal right to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.
