What you will do

• Configure lead-to-opportunity workflows in Salesforce and LeanData to support pipeline generation and source attribution.
• Own CPQ configuration, quoting logic, and approval workflows to reduce deal cycle friction.
• Build Salesforce objects and automation for renewal pipeline management and customer health tracking.
• Manage Ironclad administration, including contract workflow configuration and Salesforce integration.
• Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues across integrated GTM systems.
• Serve as the primary technical resource and provide documentation for sales and CS teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience, with 2+ years in GTM or revenue systems roles.
• Deep Salesforce proficiency and Salesforce Admin Certification (required).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, including pricing rules and approval workflows.
• Working knowledge of LeanData, ZoomInfo, Ironclad, Marketo, and iPaaS platforms like Dell Boomi.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no current sponsorship for immigration visas.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate technical complexity for non-technical stakeholders.
