What you will do

• Lead discovery interviews with Sales, Finance, and Operations to document business pain points.
• Create detailed process maps, user stories, and functional requirements for Salesforce CPQ Admin and Developers.
• Manage and prioritize the Business Systems backlog based on ROI and strategic importance.
• Facilitate alignment between conflicting department needs, such as Sales flexibility versus Finance rigidity.
• Define and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure features meet quality standards.
• Develop training documentation and provide first-level triage and support to internal teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in Salesforce-driven environments.
• Deep understanding of the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle, including quote-to-order and billing processes.
• Technical exposure to Salesforce CPQ.
• Expert ability to visualize complex data flows and business logic.
• Exceptional communication skills to influence executive-level stakeholders.
• Must be based in Boston, MA for a hybrid work arrangement.
