What you will do

• Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to gather and document business requirements for software projects.
• Mentor junior and mid-level analysts and provide technical guidance.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear and concise user stories aligned with project goals.
• Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Create flow diagrams and document technical solutions to improve delivery clarity.
• Contribute to implementations, troubleshoot issues, and conduct impact analysis to recommend solutions.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No sponsorship provided).
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or equivalent technology industry background.
• Proficiency in identifying and solving business problems through innovative and practical solutions.
• Experience collecting, documenting, and managing system requirements from stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of highly complex multi-platform applications and systems.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for creating reports, manuals, and workflows.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience within the Retirement Services Financial industry.
• Proficiency with Jira, BizNuvo, or Alteryx.
• Prior production support, troubleshooting, or experience as a QA or Developer.
