What you will do

• Lead requirements strategy for the authentication value stream, ensuring alignment from epics to detailed user stories.
• Mentor Business Systems Analysts, establishing best practices for requirements documentation and delivery.
• Define detailed API requirements (request/response, data mapping) for Java/Spring Boot services.
• Validate front-end requirements for React-based web applications to ensure a user-centered experience.
• Create technical documentation, including flow and sequence diagrams for identity management systems.
• Partner with product owners and architects to influence technical design and resolve cross-team dependencies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in software development with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
• Strong expertise with RESTful APIs and tools like Postman.
• Proven experience in Agile environments using Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
• Deep experience documenting system requirements, workflows, and technical specifications for distributed systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship provided, including CPT/OPT).

Nice to have

• Experience leading in authentication, identity management, or security domains (SSO, OAuth, MFA).
• Background in financial services, specifically retail investment or defined contribution platforms.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG).
• Prior hands-on experience as a QA engineer or developer.
