What you will do

• Lead a team of infrastructure engineers to deliver availability and reliability of hirify.global products.
• Build and operate production software at internet scale with strong Platform Engineering instincts.
• Collaborate with partners and engineering customers to understand needs and improve experiences.
• Craft and maintain processes, tooling, and observability frameworks for infrastructure services.
• Minimize incident resolution time by responding to alerts and problems from employees or customers.

Requirements

• 10+ years total experience, 5+ years managing diverse software infrastructure teams.
• Strong familiarity with Azure and AWS tools and services.
• Experience building and operating highly reliable distributed systems in cloud environments.
• Experience with monitoring systems, incident management, and incident response.
• Customer-focused mindset, pragmatic problem-solving, and delivering complex projects cross-functionally.
