NPI Team Leader (Autonomy & Automation)

TL;DR

NPI Team Leader (Autonomy & Automation): Lead enterprise-wide NPI programs supporting Collision Avoidance Systems (CAS) and Driver Safety Systems (DSS) within the mining business with an accent on defining deliverables, scope, timelines, and financial business cases. Focus on developing schedules, coordinating gate reviews, managing cross-functional teams, and executing NPI processes to achieve time, cost, and quality goals.

Location: Full-time onsite required at Mossville, IL or Tucson, AZ offices. Up to 15% travel. Domestic relocation assistance available. Visa sponsorship not available.

What you will do

• Define NPI program deliverables, scope, timelines, and financial business cases.
• Develop overall NPI program schedules integrating customer and business requirements across all teams.
• Lead and coordinate NPI Gate Reviews and stakeholder reviews.
• Manage NPI Program Team to meet goals for time, cost, and quality.
• Act as link between teams and workstreams to drive consistent execution, identify gaps, and make decisions.
• Ensure resources are in place and execute NPI process in management tools.

Requirements

• Full-time onsite at Mossville, IL or Tucson, AZ; domestic relocation available but no visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or university (technical degree).
• Effective communication with diverse audiences including senior leadership.
• Program management experience leading large, complex, multi-functional programs using hirify.global’s NPI process, Six Sigma, and CPI methodologies.
• Planning skills for tactical and strategic alignment across engineering, commercial, supply chain, and finance.
• Risk management, governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.

Nice to have

• Proven experience as Product/Project manager in enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of NPI process.
• Extensive cross-functional collaboration for project success.
• Experience with mining machines and technology.
