What you will do
- Provide governance and leadership for transition and transformation execution across all phases including BD, mobilization, execution, stabilization, and close out.
- Oversee transition resources including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and talent development.
- Represent the team in strategic meetings, implement key initiatives, and act as the voice of the team in critical projects.
- Manage integrated transitions for Global Occupier Services accounts with matrix oversight of HR, TDS, Finance, and Procurement.
- Ensure efficiency, contractual delivery, and KPI achievement while participating in commercial processes like pitches and negotiations.
- Develop budgets, identify handoff gaps, manage risks, and collaborate across functions to standardize onboarding processes.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree (MBA or advanced degree highly desired).
- 15+ years in client-facing roles with emphasis on project management, transition, transformation, M&A, or outsourcing.
- Strong people management experience including global resource management and talent development.
- General understanding of occupier service lines like facility management, project management, and transaction management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Smartsheet; understanding of finance, accounting, and outsourcing contracts.
- May require travel up to 30%.
