What you will do

• Oversee overall contract performance and ensure compliance with all requirements and standards.
• Serve as the primary interface with Government leadership, including the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
• Provide leadership and direction to on-site personnel and functional teams.
• Conduct regular site visits and quarterly program reviews with Government stakeholders.
• Identify risks, address performance issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor program execution, staffing, and deliverables to ensure mission success.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance
• Experience managing complex programs or contracts, preferably in a government or military environment.
• Strong leadership and organizational management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple functional areas and teams simultaneously.
• Availability Monday–Friday during standard business hours
• Ability to arrive on-site within one hour when requested

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MCoE, TRADOC, or installation-level operations.
• Experience working with KO and CORs in a federal contracting environment.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP) and performance metrics.
• Experience with SharePoint, Army systems, or enterprise reporting tools.
• Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
