What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as primary point of contact alongside GSA Account Director.
• Lead end-to-end project and program management, including planning, execution, product delivery, site deployments, and financial oversight.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across technical development, R&D, operations, customer service, and post-sales support.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly with assembled teams.
• Oversee post-sales service, act as escalation point, and enhance client experience.

Requirements

• 8-10 years in program and project management, preferably customer-facing
• Strong leadership with experience managing and developing teams
• Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Prior experience in Data Center industry and knowledge of Power and Thermal products
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, or related technical field
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship
