TL;DR

Field Marketing Manager (SaaS): Ideating and executing in-person events to open, accelerate, and close business for mid-market and enterprise customers with an accent on demand generation and pipeline growth. Focus on managing end-to-end event logistics, partnering with sales stakeholders, and leveraging data to optimize event investments.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY (Office attendance required Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays)

Salary: $174,000 - $195,000 per year

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end planning, execution, and measurement of field programs for the AMER Sales team.
  • Execute hirify.global-hosted, third-party, and co-partnered events to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Manage all event logistics, including venue sourcing, budget tracking, and audience acquisition.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and BizTech teams to align events with top account objectives.
  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative insights to optimize field event investments for incremental business impact.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of related marketing experience.
  • Proven experience building field events from scratch in new territories.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with sales, ops, and creative teams.
  • Data-driven approach with a focus on pipeline contribution and revenue impact.
  • Must be based in San Francisco or New York to attend mandatory Anchor Days (Mon, Tue, Thu).

Nice to have

  • Experience in a fast-paced B2B tech environment.
  • Existing proficiency as a hirify.global user.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Marketo.
