What you will do
- Build and execute marketing programs and campaigns across Eloqua, SendGrid, and Marketo, including audience targeting, list uploads, email creation, and measurement.
- Lead cross-functional campaign initiatives, ensuring best practices in marketing operations.
- Architect new marketing tech capabilities and lead flow processes to unlock efficiencies.
- Monitor and audit lead flows, data logs, and pipelines to identify improvements and maximize conversions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communications for campaign execution in marketing and revenue teams.
- Document and evangelize marketing operations frameworks for consistency across partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years in sales/marketing operations or related field (or equivalent with Bachelor's/Master's degree).
- 3+ years with technology process improvement.
- 3+ years in marketing operations at a global B2B software company.
- 3+ years with B2B reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- 3+ years with CRM technologies (e.g., Salesforce).
- 3+ years with Eloqua or Marketo.
Nice to have
- 7+ years marketing technology integration via APIs, webhooks.
- 4+ years CMS experience (WordPress, Contentful, etc.).
- 4+ years HTML/CSS/JS.
- 4+ years SQL or Python.
- B2B email best practices, deliverability, data quality, attribution models.
- Converting business requirements to technical specs.
