TL;DR

Channel Sales Engineer (Cybersecurity/AI SOC): Building and managing a partner technical strategy for an AI-native autonomous SecOps platform with an accent on technical enablement of SIs and Public Sector partners. Focus on designing proof-of-concepts, navigating complex government compliance frameworks, and scaling partner success through reusable technical assets.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for SI and Public Sector channel partners, providing pre-sales support and enablement.
  • Develop partner enablement programs, including technical training, certifications, and GTM playbooks.
  • Lead joint technical engagements, including discovery sessions, AI SOC architecture reviews, and POC designs.
  • Support partner-led RFP and RFI responses for Public Sector opportunities (FedRAMP, SLED, defense).
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the roadmap based on partner and customer feedback.
  • Create reusable technical assets, integration guides, and reference architectures to scale the channel ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or channel technical roles with a focus on SaaS Cloud Security.
  • Experience working with Systems Integrators (SIs), MSSPs, or Value-Added Resellers (VARs).
  • Knowledge of Public Sector procurement and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, CMMC, NIST).
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Bash, and REST APIs for automation and integrations.
  • Deep understanding of SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and AI/ML concepts as applied to security operations.

Nice to have

  • Prior channel-focused role at a cybersecurity or SOAR vendor.
  • Experience with agentic AI workflows and LLM-based security applications.
  • Existing relationships with major SI partners like Deloitte, Accenture, SAIC, or Leidos.
  • Active security clearance or clearance eligibility.
