What you will do

• Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of Territory Account Managers.
• Drive regional execution of the commercial launch strategy for innovative mental health therapies.
• Build strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Ensure field readiness regarding clinical data, patient identification, and treatment protocols.
• Manage regional budgets, forecasting, and territory alignment.
• Provide field insights to optimize brand strategy and conduct regular coaching for the sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• 8-10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience.
• 5+ years of first-line sales leadership experience.
• Proven success launching specialty or neuroscience therapies.
• Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets.
• Must have valid US employment rights (sponsorship not provided).

Nice to have

• Experience launching therapies requiring site certification or REMS.
• Background working with IDNs and academic medical centers.
• Experience in startup or pre-launch biotech environments.
