TL;DR

Expansion SDR (SaaS): Managing expansion opportunities within the existing customer base to drive revenue growth with an accent on identifying high-potential accounts and booking qualified demos. Focus on analyzing customer usage patterns, executing targeted outreach, and partnering with Account Managers to maximize platform value.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US and work US business hours)

Salary: $60,000 base / $80,000 OTE yearly

What you will do

  • Engage existing paying customers via calls, email, and social channels to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Prospect into defined target audiences, focusing on accounts with high expansion potential.
  • Book qualified demos for Expansion Account Managers, ensuring smooth handoffs.
  • Manage all prospecting activities and pipeline tracking within HubSpot CRM.
  • Partner with the Account Management team to share feedback on lead quality and industry insights.
  • Experiment with outreach strategies across various customer segments to drive opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales or business development.
  • Must be comfortable working US business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm).
  • Strong technical aptitude and willingness to dive deep into the product.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for tailoring messaging to different personas.
  • Experience working with HubSpot CRM.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive, self-starter attitude.
