What you will do
- Own commissions operations: calculate, audit, and process monthly payouts accurately across sales roles
- Lead compensation plan design: partner on annual plans including quotas, ramps, accelerators, clawbacks, and SPIFFs
- Stand up commissions system: define requirements, select vendor, and drive rollout across GTM
- Maintain comp policies and governance: document plans, crediting rules, exceptions, and dispute resolution
- Deliver reporting and insights: produce attainment, plan performance, and cost-of-sales analysis
- Act as field expert: onboard reps, handle questions, communicate updates, and partner cross-functionally
Requirements
- 7+ years in sales compensation, commissions operations, or revenue operations at B2B SaaS/tech company
- End-to-end ownership of commissions process: plan design, quota setting, processing, disputes, documentation
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy standards
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
