What you will do
- Partner with Sales leadership to structure complex, high-value SaaS transactions and serve as an escalation point for pricing and contractual terms.
- Develop and enforce pricing and discounting frameworks aligned with company objectives and governance models.
- Manage the quote-to-cash lifecycle, ensuring seamless transition from closed deals to billing and revenue recognition.
- Maintain revenue integrity and compliance with ASC 606 in close partnership with the Chief Accounting Officer.
- Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing Deal Desk team, establishing clear KPIs and career paths.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and leverage data analytics to improve deal velocity and performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Finance within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Deep expertise in quote-to-cash processes and supporting complex, multi-element SaaS transactions.
- Solid knowledge of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606).
- Hands-on experience with CRM and CPQ systems (Salesforce CPQ preferred).
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
Nice to have
- Experience in vertical SaaS, SMB, or mid-market segments.
- Background in Accounting, Finance, Consulting, or Investment Banking.
- Experience building or scaling Deal Desk functions from the ground up.
