Salary: USD $185,000 to $210,000 annually

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 publisher partnership managers, setting goals, KPIs, and best practices for performance and account growth.
- Define and evolve North America publisher partnership strategy aligned with global priorities, identifying growth opportunities and prioritizing efforts.
- Oversee major commercial negotiations, provide strategic guidance on high-impact deals, and support C-suite relationships with top publishers.
- Partner with sales, product, and operations leadership to align supply strategy with client demand and product innovation.
- Represent at industry events, stay ahead of market trends, and position the team as a trusted partner in the publisher ecosystem.
Requirements
- 10+ years in digital media, ad tech, or publishing with deep supply-side expertise
- Current or recent team management experience
- Strong ad tech background, ideally in SSP environment
- Comfort with sales best practices, upselling, and influencing C-suite stakeholders
- Demonstrated strategy-setting, alignment-driving, and execution-through-others ability
- Strong coaching mindset and cross-functional leadership in global matrix organization
