Talent Acquisition Intern (SaaS): Supporting recruitment across Bangalore and Delhi through application review, interview coordination, sourcing, and employer branding with an accent on candidate experience, talent intelligence, and recruiting operations. Focus on building talent pools, creating AI-assisted outreach campaigns, maintaining Lever data, and improving recruitment processes.
Location: Bangalore, India; hybrid workplace. Hiring support covers Bangalore and Delhi, with interview coordination across international time zones.

What you will do
- Review inbound applications and recommend promising candidates for recruiter review.
- Coordinate interviews across multiple calendars and international time zones.
- Welcome candidates during in-person office interviews and support a strong candidate experience.
- Build and analyze applicant talent pools and contribute insights to recruiting strategy.
- Support employer branding, university engagement, talent community building, and recruitment marketing.
- Maintain accurate recruiting data in Lever, create dashboards, and identify opportunities to automate repetitive work with AI tools.
Requirements
- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to represent professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
- Strong organization and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences and situations.
- Curiosity, ownership, relationship-building ability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
