Salary: $121,000 – $175,000 USD (Annual base)

What you will do
- Manage and grow a designated Enterprise territory, focusing on accounts with 2501+ employees.
- Drive new business growth through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and high-activity outbound efforts.
- Navigate complex sales cycles (6-12 months) with multiple stakeholders to close large ARR opportunities.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing account base using the Extended Access Management platform.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand presence and relationships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with BDR, Solutions, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in security with a focus on Enterprise accounts.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas.
- Expertise in prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, and value-based selling.
- Strong business acumen and executive presence for presenting and negotiating with C-suite executives.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for meticulous pipeline management and forecasting.
- Must be based in the Chicago metro area.

- Experience with the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
- Proficiency with Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
