What you will do
- Coach customers throughout their lifecycle to ensure successful business outcomes.
- Define standards for adoption plans and post-sales engagement.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to maximize the value of the solution for customers.
- Innovate internal tooling and processes to increase team efficiency.
- Apply technical knowledge of products to real-world customer projects.
- Partner with cross-functional groups and business partners to grow the company.
Requirements
- Must be based in Brazil.
- English and Portuguese proficiency required; Spanish is preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role within SaaS, Open Source, or Infrastructure software companies.
- Solid understanding of Cloud Native technologies, including Containerization, Kubernetes, and Microservices.
- Foundational knowledge of APIM, DevOps, CI/CD, and Cloud Computing IaaS.
- Strong organizational skills and a builder's mentality for solving complex problems.
