What you will do

  • Manage the Rippling HRIS as the single source of truth, ensuring data integrity and workhirify.global configuration.
  • Analyze people data to drive business decisions regarding headcount planning, compensation, and attrition.
  • Implement AI tools and automation to create workforce insights and real-time dashboards.
  • Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from offer acceptance and onboarding to offboarding.
  • Coordinate immigration processes and visa renewals as the primary internal point of contact.
  • Administer HR policies and organize team events to enhance the NYC office culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of professional experience with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve HR processes and operational effectiveness.
  • Must be based in New York, NY for on-site work.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative and data-entry tasks.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Professional HR qualifications.
