Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate recruitment efforts, maintain candidate pipelines in Pinpoint, and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Execute full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, IT setup, and exit interviews.
• Maintain employee records in HRIS and support benefits administration and compliance with employment laws.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and DEI activities.
• Support the development and coordination of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
• Manage community outreach, including studio tours and partnerships with educational institutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive HR or People Operations experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Eugene, OR.

Nice to have

• Experience with Pinpoint, Oracle ATS, or ADP.
• SHRM-CP or HRCI certification.
• Experience supporting distributed or multi-location teams.
