Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

What you will do
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, maintain candidate pipelines in Pinpoint, and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Execute full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, IT setup, and exit interviews.
- Maintain employee records in HRIS and support benefits administration and compliance with employment laws.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and DEI activities.
- Support the development and coordination of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
- Manage community outreach, including studio tours and partnerships with educational institutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive HR or People Operations experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Eugene, OR.
Nice to have
- Experience with Pinpoint, Oracle ATS, or ADP.
- SHRM-CP or HRCI certification.
- Experience supporting distributed or multi-location teams.
