US - Remote. Must target and sell to US federal civilian agencies (DOC, DOE, USDA, VA, DOS, SBA, ED, HUD, DOL, SSA, Peace Corps, USAID, FCC, OMB, FEC, PBGC, Federal Reserve, OCC, USTR).

$140,000 - $160,000 a year

What you will do

  • Identify opportunities, arrange meetings, build proposals, and close sales in federal civilian sector
  • Establish relationships with partners and channels to sell hirify.global products via GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs
  • Develop and execute capture plans and business development strategies with executive leadership
  • Achieve sales targets, build pipelines, and represent company at industry events
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders for integrated capture and proposal activities
  • Manage opportunities from identification through award in federal agencies

Requirements

  • Proven track record meeting sales quotas and acquiring new logos in federal public sector
  • Knowledge of federal sales cycle and procurement processes
  • Experience selling software/IT solutions, growing revenue, and executing strategic campaigns
  • Ability to build high-level relationships, prospect, and close new federal customers
  • Experience with software channel partnerships preferred
  • BA/BS degree preferred
