What you will do

  • Deliver UK/EMEA/US revenue targets for Commcise product suite (COMMCISEBUY, COMMCISESELL, COMMCISECS).
  • Shape and execute commercial launches of new products, including pricing, go-to-market plans, onboarding, and client enablement.
  • Design go-to-market strategy with target account planning, value propositions, and partner engagement.
  • Self-generate, qualify, and close complex SaaS deals at C-suite level with buy-side, sell-side, and research clients.
  • Coach and mentor sales and account management teams to exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop senior-level client relationships and deliver executive presentations translating tech into business outcomes.
  • Represent externally as SME on commission management, research valuation, data, analytics, and regulations.
  • Feed market intelligence into product roadmap and ensure commercial launch readiness.

Requirements

  • 15+ years enterprise SaaS sales in financial services, closing complex six-figure C-suite deals
  • Experience selling to buy-side asset managers, hedge funds, sell-side brokers, research providers; deep knowledge of commission management, research valuation, TCA, data workflows
  • Leadership scaling sales/business development teams in high-growth environments
  • Commercial strategy: value propositions, growth plans, go-to-market execution
  • Technical mindset articulating SaaS, data, analytics, AI, cloud to diverse audiences
  • Experience with large financial datasets for client insights
  • Strong CRM/pipeline management (HubSpot), presentations (PowerPoint/Canva), MS Office
  • Outstanding communication for Board/C-suite levels; self-motivated in fast-paced scale-up

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s or higher; postgraduate in quantitative/business discipline
  • Blended enterprise software, managed services, consulting in financial services
  • Launching new data/analytics products from early stage
  • Senior network in UK/EMEA asset management, hedge funds, brokerage
  • SME knowledge of regulatory change, ESG, digital assets, tokenisation, AI in capital markets
  • Experience as firm spokesperson at events, podcasts, thought leadership
