What you will do

• Manage non-standard deal cases through the intake and approval lifecycle in Salesforce.
• Validate Salesforce CPQ quotes for discounting accuracy, margin compliance, and alignment with pricing frameworks.
• Support structured pricing motions, including Enterprise & Volume Agreements (ELA/EPA) and multi-year deals.
• Train and support sales teams on Deal Desk processes, case submission, and pricing policies.
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance to translate commercial constructs into executable deal structures.
• Identify and implement process optimizations to reduce manual effort and improve cycle time.

Requirements

• Proven Deal Desk or Commercial Operations experience supporting complex enterprise deals in a tech or SaaS environment.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ.
• Strong understanding of discounting structures, margin controls, and enterprise licensing models.
• Advanced Excel skills for deal analysis, modeling, and scenario evaluation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred.
