Salary: $52,200 - $137,700 USD

What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert on pricing, policy, and sales processes for the sales team.
• Coordinate between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product Marketing to structure complex deals and customer quotes.
• Manage opportunities and order fulfillments in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy in booking amounts and required fields.
• Drive business process improvements and best practice efforts within the Quote-to-Cash workflow.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience supporting sales organizations in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com and CPQ tools.
• Strong ability to read and interpret business terms and conditions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Finance and Legal.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
